Our Services
As Bisonte Textile, our main activity is knitwear manufacturing on a made-to-order basis for corporate clients. In addition to knitwear, we also produce promotional textile products such as sweatshirts, t-shirts, and socks.
Model Identification and Design
"Our production process consists of two approaches where creativity meets technology, tailored to meet customer needs. In the first stage, the model is identified either as specified by the customer or guided by our team based on their requests. During this stage, the product's material (cotton, acrylic, viscose, wool, etc.) and production phases are determined. Using computer software, we design unique and aesthetically pleasing knitwear models in line with current trends. This process aims to maximize product quality and customer satisfaction."
Sample Production
Once the content and production stages of the product are defined, the sample production phase begins. After obtaining customer approval, the necessary materials are procured. The designed model is transformed into an actual product using the selected materials (cotton, acrylic, etc.), adhering to the specified measurements and patterns. This phase allows us to test the suitability of the design and the chosen materials
Manufacturing
"With the presentation of the product and pricing to the customer, the production planning phase begins. If necessary, revisions are made to the sample, and a new sample is prepared. The production timeline and delivery dates are shared with the customer, and after receiving approval, production commences. Throughout the process, interim inspections are conducted, and progress updates are provided. Once production is completed, the products undergo quality control either by our company or by partnered quality control firms, as per the customer's request. Approved products are then delivered to the customer."
