Our activity

The first stage of our operation is determining the model to be produced. This stage may involve a model already specified by the customer or one guided by our expert team following the customer's requests. For example, a visual of the product to be manufactured is shared with the relevant representative of the company. Based on this, the material for the product is selected (e.g., cotton, cotton & acrylic, acrylic, viscose, wool, etc.). Subsequently, the appropriate production stages for the product are determined.

The sample production phase begins for products with defined content and manufacturing stages. Upon receiving customer approval, the necessary materials are procured. A single product is prepared according to the requested measurements or those developed by our pattern makers and is presented to the customer.

Based on the insights gained during the sampling phase and the stages the product goes through, a cost analysis for mass production is conducted and communicated to the customer.

The production planning phase begins based on the product presented and the price communicated to the customer. At this stage, any final adjustments to the sample are made, and a new production sample is prepared. Information regarding the production duration and delivery dates is shared with the customer, and mutual agreement is reached. Production begins based on the approved production sample. During the production process, interim inspections are conducted, and necessary updates are provided. Once production is completed, quality control of the products is carried out either by a team designated by the customer or through our company’s partnered quality control firms, as requested.
